Title: OpenEXR Plugin for PhotoShop CS3 Post by: lightwolf on June 30, 2007, 01:42:36 AM Brendan Bolles has released an free, extended OpenEXR plugin for PhotoShop CS3.
You can download it here: http://www.fnordware.com/ProEXR/ It is still in beta at the moment, but considered stable enough. Cheers, Mike Title: Re: OpenEXR Plugin for PhotoShop CS3 Post by: MStetson on August 19, 2007, 09:43:06 PM I'll take a look too since I happen to have CS3. Although... at this point in time I gotta say I'm not too impressed with Adobe's efforts on the whole CS3 package. Been having a few problems with PS CS3 such as not being able to work on multiple images at the same time. Hopefully an update will cure that.
Title: Re: OpenEXR Plugin for PhotoShop CS3 Post by: Phil Stopford on August 25, 2007, 09:00:55 PM No longer free. $95, with included AfterEffects CS3 OpenEXR plugins. Oddly, the sourcecode for the AE plugins is available off the site for download.
$95 for what should have been in PS to start with, and AE. *mutter* Title: Re: OpenEXR Plugin for PhotoShop CS3 Post by: lightwolf on August 26, 2007, 01:06:59 PM $95 for what should have been in PS to start with, and AE. *mutter* Blame Adobe. ;)I can see why it is so expensive though, it is a very thorough set of plugins, and I bet getting layers to behave properly wasn't easy to start with. Hm, maybe we should re-think our pricing as well ;) Cheers, Mike |
