When you purchase exrTrader, you are doing this through our trusted partner Share-IT. After you placed your order there, you should receive an email from us (db&w) within 24 hours, depending on the time difference.
If you do not find such an email in your mailbox, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Sometimes our mails simply end up in a spamfilter.
